Marketing

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Marketing Intern to support MORO’s content across all channels.

This is not a “make a few posts” internship.

You’ll actively contribute to how MORO shows up online, from content creation to campaign execution.
You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team, and learn how a brand is built in real time.

What you’ll do

  • Create content for social media (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Support in shooting and editing photo & video content
  • Help produce ads (UGC-style, product-focused, storytelling)
  • Write captions, hooks and on-screen text
  • Assist in managing and planning organic social content
  • Support influencer & UGC collaborations
  • Help set up email campaigns and flows
  • Stay on top of trends and translate them into MORO content
  • Support campaigns and launches from A to Z
  • Organize and support sampling sessions and events

Who we’re looking for

  • You have a strong eye for aesthetics and detail
  • You’re naturally drawn to brands, content and social media
  • You understand what makes content engaging (or want to learn fast)
  • You’re hands-on and not afraid to try things
  • You’re curious, proactive and take initiative
  • You’re structured enough to keep overview in a fast-moving environment
  • You’re open to feedback and eager to improve
  • You’re comfortable working in a small, direct team

Nice to have

  • Basic skills in Canva / CapCut / Adobe
  • Interest in TikTok & short-form video
  • Interest in sustainability, design or lifestyle brands

Sales

Your future role at MORO

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Representative to grow MORO within the Pharmacy channel in West and East Flanders.

This role is all about building strong relationships, driving sales and making MORO a top-of-mind brand for pharmacists.

You love to open doors, close deals and drive revenue.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists across West and East Flanders
  • Actively prospect and open new pharmacy accounts
  • Drive sell-in and ensure strong product visibility in-store
  • Follow up on orders, stock levels and commercial performance
  • Identify growth opportunities and turn them into concrete actions
  • Represent MORO as a brand ambassador in the field and at events
  • Participate in activations, events and trade shows when needed
  • Gather market feedback and share insights with the team
  • Work closely with the founders to implement the commercial strategy

Who we’re looking for

  • A driven sales profile: commercial, result-oriented and energetic
  • Hands-on and proactive: you take initiative and don’t wait around
  • Strong in communication skills (in person, by phone and email)
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys being on the road
  • Motivated by targets, growth and closing deals
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of your region
  • Commercial mindset with a good feel for branding and positioning
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and direct working environment
  • Resilient and persistent, you don’t give up easily
  • Dutch speaking and comfortable in English

Plus

  • Experience in pharmacy sales, retail or FMCG is a strong advantage
  • Existing network within pharmacies is a big plus
  • Experience with CRM tools or sales reporting
