How to refill

Echt top!

We waren soms wat ontgoocheld door de vorige versie omdat de pomp soms blokkeerde. Maar dit heb je echt niet bij de nieuwe versie! De zeep zelf is ook veel dikker. Kleur van de fles vinden we ook super, past perfect in ons interieur! Ook gewoon fijn te weten dat jullie Belgische ondernemers zijn die ik op die manier steun. Love it!

Geur is zeer aangenaam en het is zacht aan de handen. Ik heb niet de indruk dat het uitdroogt want ik heb nl eczeem aan de handen dus dat is fijn. Alleen mocht er wat minder product uit het pompje komen per keer dat je er op duwt. Mooie fles ook. Het schudden van poeder met water verloopt ook vrij oke, beetje smodderwerk dus had beter een trechtervorm genomen om het poeder er in te doen. Da's voor de volgende keer!

I really like the scent and consistency. I don't like the pump system of the bottles, it's not possible to do a "half" pump. This causes too much product with one pump, especially with the hand cream you end up wiping most of it off.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs vary from country to country and will be calculated at checkout.

Are MORO products vegan?

Yes, our products are vegan and none of our ingredients are made from animal by-products.

Is it really the same texture as traditional liquid soap?

Yes! For years we worked on perfecting our formulas, so they are similar to the liquid soaps you are used to. You can expect a gel texture that will nicely foam with a refined perfume. But without the plastic waste and unnecessary water transport. Hello karma points!

How long does 1 refill last?

One refill makes approximately 250ml of soap. If every hand wash takes two pumps then one bottle lasts about 125 hand washes. If every body wash takes two pumps, then one bottle lasts about 63 washes.

How should I clean my bottle?

When your bottle is empty, clean both the bottle and the pump. You can easily put your bottle in the dishwasher. To clean the pump, take a glas of water and dispense until you see the inside of the pump is clean. 

Can I get gift packaging?

Yes you can. During check-out you can choose if you want your starter-kit to be delivered in our dedicated MORO house gift box.
