Last year, we took a chance with Black Friday. We weren’t sure what to expect—was price really a barrier? Would these new customers stick with us and buy refills after the sale? As a sustainable brand, joining Black Friday felt like a risk. But the response amazed us. Many of the people who discovered MORO last Black Friday are still with us, proving that the desire for sustainable choices is real and lasting. 

So here we are again, because each new MORO customer brings us closer to our mission: a refillable world with less single-use plastic and healthier, natural products in every home. The reality is, Black Friday isn’t going anywhere. Just like winter and summer sales in fashion, Black Friday has become a part of the beauty and home care landscape. And while it might still feel a bit strange, it’s starting to feel “normal” to participate—if we do it in a way that aligns with our values.
