Marketing
Your future role at MORO
We are looking for a brand-driven and hands-on marketer to build and scale MORO across all touchpoints.
This hybrid role combines strategic thinking with execution, while using data and performance insights to guide decisions and drive growth.
You translate Yasmine’s vision into a clear marketing direction, while challenging and refining it, and bring it to life through strong performance-driven campaigns.
What you’ll do?
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns from A to Z
- Analyze data and translate it into clear actions and insights
- Identify and test new growth opportunities
- Produce static and video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
- Write compelling captions, ad copy and on-screen text (your words drive the visual story)
- Set up and optimize email campaigns and flows
- Webshop monitoring and identify optimizations in Shopify
- Brief and manage (UGC) creators, influencers and freelancers
- Manage and steer performance marketing through external partners
- Ensure brand consistency across everything we do
- Work closely with the founders and freelancers (expect direct feedback and fast iteration)
Who we’re looking for?
- Strategic thinker, but equally hands-on and not scared of doing the work
- Comfortable working with data and performance insight
- Strong eye for aesthetics, detail and trends
- A strong curiosity and affinity for AI tools.
- A natural feel for content and what “hooks” makes people stop scrolling
- Understands how brands are built and why consistency is key
- Able to manage freelancers and external partners
- Has a clear opinion and isn’t afraid to share it
- Thrives in a fast-paced, direct working environment
- Takes ownership and responsibility
- You don’t need to know everything. But you are willing to learn fast and take ownership.
- Are Dutch speaking and proficient in English
- Minimum work experience of 3-5 years
Plus:
- Experience with Klaviyo / Canva / Adobe / Shopify
- Experience with meta and google advertising
- A proven track record of engaging short-form video and digital content.

We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Marketing Intern to support MORO’s content across all channels.
This is not a “make a few posts” internship.
You’ll actively contribute to how MORO shows up online, from content creation to campaign execution.
You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team, and learn how a brand is built in real time.
What you’ll do
- Create content for social media (Instagram, TikTok)
- Support in shooting and editing photo & video content
- Help produce ads (UGC-style, product-focused, storytelling)
- Write captions, hooks and on-screen text
- Assist in managing and planning organic social content
- Support influencer & UGC collaborations
- Help set up email campaigns and flows
- Stay on top of trends and translate them into MORO content
- Support campaigns and launches from A to Z
- Organize and support sampling sessions and events
Who we’re looking for
- You have a strong eye for aesthetics and detail
- You’re naturally drawn to brands, content and social media
- You understand what makes content engaging (or want to learn fast)
- You’re hands-on and not afraid to try things

Sales
Your future role at MORO
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Representative to grow MORO within the Pharmacy channel in West and East Flanders.
This role is all about building strong relationships, driving sales and making MORO a top-of-mind brand for pharmacists.
You love to open doors, close deals and drive revenue.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists across West and East Flanders
- Actively prospect and open new pharmacy accounts
- Drive sell-in and ensure strong product visibility in-store
- Follow up on orders, stock levels and commercial performance
- Identify growth opportunities and turn them into concrete actions
- Represent MORO as a brand ambassador in the field and at events
- Participate in activations, events and trade shows when needed
- Gather market feedback and share insights with the team
- Work closely with the founders to implement the commercial strategy
Who we’re looking for
- A driven sales profile: commercial, result-oriented and energetic
- Hands-on and proactive: you take initiative and don’t wait around
- Strong in communication skills (in person, by phone and email)
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys being on the road
- Motivated by targets, growth and closing deals
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your region
- Commercial mindset with a good feel for branding and positioning

- Resilient and persistent, you don’t give up easily
- Dutch speaking and comfortable in English

- Experience in pharmacy sales, retail or FMCG is a strong advantage
- Existing network within pharmacies is a big plus
